    The risks of this project to the vast majority of the public (which increase over time, are numerous and have already been spelled out) so far outweigh the rewards (more profits for P66 and whoever is benefiting on the side) that it is absolutely unbelievable to me that this thing actually has a chance to pass. Yes, I will email all of the decision makers – again – and politely ask them to do what is best for the most people, in the long run.

    The city of Mosier is in Oregon, not Washington.
